All of our thoughts and prayers are focused on Lucy and Mariko today. We pray for strength for Mariko and peace for Lucy as she crosses. We are so very sad just like everyone in LL.
Also keeping JD, Zener, Trixie, Sasha, Tricia, Elise's Mom, Wendy's Mom, Molly's Mom and Dad, and Amy's Dad in our prayers and sending healing vines.
The Principessa had a lovely morning playing in her shoebox with a toilet paper ring. We also had "treat box" Sunday today. For those of you who have been around a while, you've heard how I cut holes in an old insulin syringe box and then put FD chicken treats in it and put it down as an "enrichment" exercise for Gracie and Tobey. Gracie is the brains.....she figures out how to get those treats out in a heartbeat. Tobey's approach is to: (1) wait for Gracie to get the treats out and then try and beat her to them, (2) push the box violently until he rams it against a wall and the treats spill out, or (3) stand with his paws in the top hole and hope the treats climb up his legs
We figured we were going to get an ugly bounce with fast drops both cycles yesterday. It's only the third cycle of an increase so patience pants on.
Here are some photos from our rainy day on the catio yesterday.

We're so sleepy, Mom!!! All this rain makes us lazy cats!

No matter how hard I try, my legs just won't fit!
