Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a good night snuggling between his beans (pretty chilly: in the 40s last night). He ate every shard of his nighttime food. The moon was brilliant and I see that the Full Sturgeon Moon is on Sunday. Rusty is planning a big LL full-moon party at Camp Stu. We are all going to Camp on Sunday for a few days. My sister will be joining us. Weather promises to be good. Rusty will enjoy hunting mice.

Rusty was asleep this morning when I went to offer him his "lung treat", so we'll do that later. The beans are going out to lunch with friends and then for a short hike on the beautiful trails at the VIC. We had planned to go to the landfill, but the hike is more appealing (as is lunch out).

Healing vines to Prince. we are very glad he is doing better and is home with his Mamabean.

The Lagoonmeister is on duty tonight!

We had a lovely lunch at the student-run cafe at Paul Smiths College. The students are in the culinary arts program and learn every facet of restaurant work. They prepare the menus, buy the foods, cook, wait table, do all the accounting/books, select the wines, etc. The theme of the week is Thai, and we had coconut/lemongrass soup, spicy shrimp and scallops, chocolate/ ginger mousse, and salads. Then we walked on the woodland and bog paths in the VIC for 4 or so miles. Rusty was waiting at the door to go outside, so he got in some hunting time.

Rusty is lookin' great tonight! It must be all that mice hunting!!!! ;-) Glad you guys had a great lunch and nice snuggles last night. Hope you get lots of snuggles again tonight. Sleep well!

Thanks for visiting. The almost-full moon is fantastic tonight: like the moon in "Moonstruck". It's one of the "super" moons: very close to the Earth. Sunday's full moon should be spectacular.
