Good morning World! Welcome to our home! Last Condo
DAKOTA
AMPS 381
I should have done a condo yesterday - he had a better AMPS... ohmygod_smile This had food in it, I heard him eating about +11. The bounces are lessening but we're not to where I want him to be yet...hopefully we'll get there soon. He's being absolutely silly, out and about more, talks more, stalks my dinner plate for pork chops - last night it was my chimichanga! Just look at this silly boy scoping on my plate:

Dad has had several good days lately - they've cut out some of his morning meds helping him be more alert while Mother is there. She's taken quite a few things for them to do as well as for him to do by himself. He's never been a 'crafty' person, his hands don't work right anymore so it's hard to find things he would enjoy doing. He was an OUTSIDE person, he could find all sorts of things to do outside but nothing sedentary. Many times he can't hear TV so that's not much of a 'time filler' but he does enjoy some of the old shows that he's seen so often he knows the words. They're finally figuring out a routine that works for both of them - Mother goes 5 days a week and rests 2 days a week.
We have a huge THANK YOU for today - our Flagstaff Angels, Liz/Anne/Zener/Tillie struck again...sent us a gift that let us fix our front door that fell off it's hinges this weekend. It's been there for 35 years so guess it just got tired....today is 'fix the door' day! We've been 'petting' it for a while but 'petting' only goes so long.
Our big garage circulating fan kicked the bucket last night - good thing summer is almost over. We're also going to take it down and see if we can get it to start again for a few more weeks but I doubt it. It's been 'chirping' for a while...if it's not one thing, it's another around here.
Thoughts and prayers for all those needing them today. If you missed Polly's SRT condo yesterday, check it out - it's hilarious!
BIG HUGS and YARD DANCE!!!
