I ran out of time to open a condo this morning.

I did offer J.D. some MC FF Medleys at +10 (4:00am) and he ate some (maybe 1/4 can), so he got to skip that syringe feeding. We went back to sleep and cuddled (and he purred) until 6:00am (AMPS).
Then I had that too short one and a half hours from 6:00am until 7:30am (when I had to leave) to do all the syringing and blending food and everything else to get ready for the day. It was raining outside this morning, and I thought I could save a little time because of it, but it stopped for a few minutes right before I had to leave and we attempted a short walk. J.D. was just starting to wander around and take a pee, when the rain started again and kept getting stronger, so I had ot pick him up and make a mad dash back into the house, to dry him off.

I hope J.D. doesn't hate me too much.
I don't think he appreciated all the syringe feeding this morning, but I don't have time like I do on my weekend, to wait around for him to get hungry and see if he eats later, I just need to get all his food into for the day. He must be so happy when I walk out the door.

Anyway, work is crazy, so I better get back to it.

He doesn't hate you. Dyana, have you tried a food trial with a novel protein, one he has never had before? It might really help if there is a food allergy causing the inappetence.

I think even though our kitties may not like some of the things we do to help them, that they know we are trying to help them. J.D. doesn't hate you. He loves you. You're doing a great job with J.D.

He does seem to be in a better mood tonight and taking his syringes easier. He did eat some cat treats a couple of times, but did not want what was served for dinner. I swear Ginger doesn't eat what I serve either, or that much lately. I leave a small plate of food out when I go to work, and it's all still there when I get home. I do see her eat the YAZC and EVO kibble that is always available.

J.D. got 3 walks tonight, since there were virtually no walks this morning. He got his fluids. And just gave me a nice sized, for him lately, poo. But still a little firm. I want it a little bit softer. Aren't we gross, checking the softness?

I got all that extra sleep yesterday morning and it didn't last. This morning I woke up tired. One more syringe feeding and then sleep.

He got all his meds/supplements by +2, so maybe I can give him some Slippery Elm Bark by +3.5. I guess I better not. I'll give him some at +10.
