Pink and yellow yesterday

All quiet on the Zener front, appy is pretty happy for him, and the new litter boxes (aka "the pee palace") are working pretty well. So far, any errant pee has landed on the litter collection pad or the piddle pad in front of the entrance to the box, or the plastic sheeting surrounding the palace walls.. The advice of all Zener's LL aunties is overwhelming "Ix-nay" on the carpet. We don't like carpet either, but that's what was in the house when we moved here 17 years ago (and the house was 7 years old when we moved in). Time to do something new and we do NOT want carpet. :lol:

Big drop at +3, likely subQ fluids influenced. High carb food for his +3 snack, very popular.


More tests to come, time will tell if it's a Monday night PJ party.

More tips, more tips! When you pull the carpet up, you may decide that you will save tons of money by installing wood flooring yourselves. The process will take forever, and your knees will never heal again. In the process, your unregulated diabetic kitty will think that the half-full box of new wood flooring is the new litter box. (Do not install these boards. They need to be pitched.) It could also be that your evil kitty will deliberately urinate on the box of new flooring because she's angry at you for tearing up the carpet, which was her favorite scratching "post." (The tip still stands - don't install these boards. They need to be pitched.) :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hope that high-carb snack slows the drop...and I really am glad the new litter box setup is working. Sending lots of feel-good/move-better vines to Zener.
