He didn't dive last night.
There was a long string of Pitbulls and Parolees on Animal Planet yesterday and I laid on the couch in the afternoon and closed the curtains and turned out the lights, and J.D. came right to the couch to lay with me, and purred and purred. I tried to watch the shows but slept a bit. The same thing last night, Pitbulls and Parolees, and J.D. laying with me on the couch and purring away, until we finally went to bed.
When I woke up at +5, I still had 2 syringes left to feed, and I was tired and J.D. did not want them, but I got them down.
At +10.25, I gave him some Slippery Elm Bark, and he ate a bunch of FF Cod, Sole, & Shrimp (like 1/4 can, that's a normal sized meal for him). At AMPS, he ate some more, not quite as much. I waited a half hour, and gave him his meds, and only gave him 1 syringe of food since he ate so much on his own. We then went for a walk, and it is cold out there. It feels like it's almost cold enough to frost. I mean I was thinking my pants were thin and I should have long johns on or socks at least.
That's the weird thing, is that I have no flea bites and everything bites me. I swear if I sit in the grass with shorts on I am covered in welts all over my legs from all the little bugs having a feast. I have referred to myself as bugbait. I wear white socks all the time. I do not see any fleas. I put Ginger in the tub first (thanks to Julie's suggestion, yesterday) and rubbed her and scratched her and made motions like I was shampooing her, and she loved it and didn't want to get out of the tub, but all I saw were a few cat hairs. I misted the tub and looked for specks that were bleeding. I did J.D. next. From the two cats I saw maybe 3 to 5 specks, and after misting after J.D. was released, I think I may have seen one speck "bleed" like it kind of melted and ran when wet. It's probably just my eyesight that can't see the specks, who knows.
We are leaving for work early today, as I have a ton of work to do.
