10/5 Trey no shot 18 hours? Advice

Due to my little brain last night Trey 7pm shot got forgotten so we went with the 18 hour without a shot. Is this how long it takes for the insulin depot to use up. Just wondering !!!! Tested today at 12pm would be like 17 hours since he should have his shot and he was 73 then at 5pm was 86 ....shot due at 7pm am temped to see how he does over night and start back in morning but don`t want to get his system too out of whack !!!Any advice!!! :smile:

I don't think there's a fixed amount of time for the depot to be depleted. I would think that there's still depot action for more than 18 hours though.
