WCR: Most Ps in place. No snuggles last night at bed time, but then again, I don't think I was awake too much longer after my head hit the pillow. Appy is ok this morning. Nothing special, but it could just be that she's not overly excited about the Chicken & Tuna. I posted this last night: As I was getting together all of my great finds for the Humane Society Drive, Shasta decided that she needed to approve several of the toys. I did make several cat nip toys to take in and yet again, it is confirmed that Shasta could care less for cat nip. In fact, that's a good thing...she's gets aggressive when I introduce cat nip into her world. She needs no help with being aggressive!!! :lol: :lol: Hoping tonight I can get some sub-q fluids in her. Have a good Monday, everyone.

It is a nice start for Shasta today, I see blues on the horizon. You surf well today little one.

I love the toy approval. That is funny, and very much like my Lola. I had done something similar this past year, and Lola too had to approve of everything. Just way too fun. Funny how some cats don't care for catnip.

Nice slow slide for Shasta. I have been falling asleep right away too. Too cute on the toys. That is Tarragon. Always right in the middle of things. Too funny on the cat nip. Our kitties love it, but it does opposite things. Turnup gets real mellow and Tarragon zooms everywhere. Shasta definitely does not need it if it makes her aggresive! Have a great day Deborah!

Hi Deborah,
Rusty pretty much ignores catnip. I grow a catnip plant for him and he has never once nibbled on it (or on any of my houseplants, for that matter, which is a good thing!).

p.s.: just saw your story about the turtle in your yard. How neat! At my aunt's house in Brooklyn there was a box turtle that lived for years in the connecting backyards of the block of row houses. I think they saw him for about 30 years. This was a long time ago, so I doubt that he is still alive (my aunt died at age 99!)
