...And we have bounced back to the yellows. Enough already, Trix! Last night, rather that doing her test before her first dinner, I did it mid-evening - post-meal +3.5, and she was splish-splashing around in the lagoon. I think that will roughly be my permanent evening test time. Of course, Trix, if you would stop being bouncy, we could stop the ear pokes all together....but as long as you bounce, we gotta make sure it's just a bounce and not a cry for juice. So, no bouncing = no pokies, OK??
This "+5" has me wondering now...since she's bouncing off herself, I wonder when the bounce begins? Is this the start of it? Or is this where she'd be no matter what? I wish there was a way to know what's what with her fuzzy little pancreas and liver, just out of curiosity if nothing else!
You're right Marje....Trix, like her MamaBean, hsa to do things her own way, including her take on remission   ohmygod_smile !
All else is typical here in SnuggleCity. We did have a hissy growly swatty rough gelcap morning...every time I had to wash my hands and repack, I wanted to cry....with each handwashing, I could feel my knuckles drying out more and more. But, the pill finally went down, as it always does.
I'm off today....since my Dad will (or should) be chemo-crashed for Thanksgiving, we're going out to dinner tonight, and I'm baking him a pre-Thanksgiving surprise apple pie, so he can enjoy it before the crash sets in and before the chemo whacks his taste buds.
With that, a little BTB, then it's time to start baking. Sending extra prayers out to sweet little Simon, who isn't feeling well this morning.
Have a great day, LL!
