Furball was happy & purry this morning. It looks like another blue night followed by a big bounce. I hope I can figure out if she needs a little more juice or a little less this weekend.

Thanks everyone for your tips on cleaning Callie's wound. It is more like a hole in her belly so I'm not sure how easy it will be to clean. Like I said yesterday, she probably doesn't have much time left, but she was doing so much better I decided to wait a little longer. I won't drag things out if she doesn't have a good QOL with this treatment. Thanks for the prayers and good wishes.

Morning Carla ~O) ~O) ~O)

Bummer on the bounce. The blues last night sure were nice though.

I am sorry to read about Callie. I too would use warm compresses, a warm water rinse just to keep things clean. I don't know there is not too much more that one can do for wounds , open sores like that. That and some AB's. She is very fortunate to have you are her bean. Vines for Callie, hugs for you.

Enjoy your day today. I hope all goes well.

Furball, you can come back down now!

Carla, I hope that Callie is comfortable and that she continues to do better. She is indeed a lucky kitty to have a wonderful mamabean like you. Lots of healing vines are on the way.

Have a good weekend with your kitties. Thinking of you,

Hugs, scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Still sending lots of light for Callie and you. Comfort. Time. She has a most wonderful mamaBean and I'm sure she knows it.

Now Furball. Enough of the bounce. Hear that!!!

Furball is in a good mood this evening. At least she is coming down from her bounce.

I was able to clean Callie's wound with water from the shower head this evening. She didn't like getting all wet. Her wound didn't have a lot of pus in it. The vet said it is caused by the cancer and will not heal and always form pus. I have to clean it out every day. Hopefully it will stay clean and she'll not feel sick from it.

I'm sorry Furball bounced but glad she saw some good numbers.

I hope Callie has many good days left with you. I wish the doctor could give you something to help with the wound instead of just saying it's from the cancer. You are a good mama to Callie.
