12/8 Trixie AMBG 170 "+3.5" 132 PMBG 127

Yesterday

Two days in a row of numbers that have me on high alert. Time for another "Get it together, Ms P, or we are going back on the juice!" threat!!! She may have been a little constipated this morning, but since I didn't witness the LB action. But there was some spit up in the LB room and a some what Trixie-style poop in the box. She has done the spit up thing once or twice in the past when she's backed up. Today, it was not there when went down to workout, and t was there when I came back up....so I just don't know for 100% sure if it was her or not.

Not much else going on around here today...appy is happy, snuggles all around, the last few gelcaps have been uneventful. Ms P did a great job working that +9 snack and gave us a nearly-green PMBG of 101 yesterday, so that relieved my stress over the morning numbers a bit. Unfortunately I'm at work today, so I can't give her that snack. I did leave plates of food out, but it's a kitty free-for-all....I never know for sure who eats it.

Already time to get myself moving....need more ...

Hey Trixie! What's up with those BG's? Time to return to the green ones. She sure does respond well to those +9 snacks. I tried that with Mannie too, but it also was a kitty free-for-all here, and even Otto didn't help that much. I never really knew who actually ate from the feeder. I suspect most of the time Elsa got most of it. :roll:

Perhaps Ms. P had some Christmas shopping to do. I'm sure she'll be back to work tonight.

I hate not knowing for sure which kitty spit up. nailbite_smile For some it means more than for others. I need video surveillance in every room, I guess, but when would I find time to watch the tapes? :lol:

I hope your day goes quickly and Ms. P reports for duty tonight.

Sorry about the spit-up. It is frustrating not knowing who did what. I hope Trixie gives you more green soon.

Hi Amy, I hope Trixie is feeling better! :YMHUG: :YMHUG: When Tiger was taking Metronidiazole, that got her constipated! :shock: And I found out from my vet that organic baby food squash wasn't helping- she recommended organic pumpkin. And it does work better for Tiger at least. Do you think Trixie's BG could be higher due to constipation? Our vet thought that could make a difference. The other thing is straining at the LB can cause vomiting! :shock: Glad to hear her appy is good and hopefully she will feel great tomorrow!
