Hi everyone,
I'm back and could not wait to return and see Maggie. She was so happy to see me and will not let me out of her sight. The flight to Pennsylvania took forever, as there was a five hour delay with my connecting flight due to mechanical problems with the small US Air commuter plane. I did not get to my hotel room until 2 am next day, so thank goodness I had a reservation. The next day I had a 60 mile drive to my Mom's home. The flight returning to SD went very smoothly.
I'll try and update my SS, but some numbers are missing, as there was a bit of a hiccup with my ps and my neighbor, who I did not realize would be spending so much time with Maggie/and or feeding. I think some of her numbers were stress related, as you will see with my notes on the SS. I think this morning's AMPS was excitement and stress with me being back home and wondering if it is permanent. My ps was wonderful as I had expected, but my neighbor originally told me she would come over once or twice over the weekend just to visit Maggie, but she started feeding her which I thought she understood from me that this was being taken care of by my ps. When the ps came and saw food on Maggie's place mat, this threw her off with the testing, as she did not know how much or whether Maggie had eaten and what time. I don't know if this will throw us off with the OTJ Trial as quite a few bg readings are missing. When my neighbor was feeding Maggie, she may have given her some canned foods not lc, so thus some ups and downs and also stress from two people. I'm hoping this evening's bg will be back to normal.
