So, we had a active night last night and today...I'm wondering if he has earned a dose decrease in the minds of the experienced?

No expert here, but if Buddy goes under 50 it's a yes from what I've read and have been told so it looks like Buddy gets one.
Doodles hit under 50 today and I'm on the fence with the dose decrease too :lol: cuz she didn't do that good when I did the decrease? Who knows.

But you have been doing much longer than me and probably just need a second opinion Oh...and if you didn't know I get the award for most
happy faces in a post :lol:

you can always do the dosecrease and see how Buddy does. It's trial and error alot of times. Hope one of the experts comes along and helps you.

Hi Sommer,

Let's wait and see what others say, but I think Buddy is not a new diabetic and therefore is in the <40 category for an official dosecrease. He was surfing the low 50s and mid-high 40s early in the cycle though, so maybe he qualifies for a shave.... let's wait and see the input of others.

You could try shaving the dose as Helene suggested. What I would say, though, is if the numbers don't hold, I wouldn't wait around. I'd bring Buddy's dose back up immediately.
