Good morning-

Yesterday's News

Well, Harley could really care less what her shot schedule is on paper...she knows it's 8am and is incessantly meowing at me to eat!! Ummm....helloooooo, it's time for breakfast, helloooo!" Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up!! She doesn't really care that I need her to wait 2 more hours!! Ugh...I gave her a small bite about 15 minutes ago, which is a little bit less that 2 hrs from AM shot time. There was really no saying no to her!!

Alrightly then....I just don't even know what to say about the last few days. I'm really afraid to say anything. Got our first decrease yesterday and, well...you can see where we are...it's so crazy!! I don't want to jinx it, so I'm not going to get too excited. But it's crazy, right?? Ok, I'm so exhausted....gonna try to sleep for a bit more. AMPS is at 10am Cali time, so I can close my eyes for at least another hour. Back in a bit!!

Wow, Harley is doing great!! Keep up those green numbers!! Sounds like Harley and my Lightning are on the same page in the morning...Lightning likes to start meowing at least an hour before its breakfast time and its hard to get him to stop! :)

We're only along for the ride. It's the kitties who are in the driver's seat. I'm looking forward to seeing your AMPS.

Any possibility of putting out a timed feeder with a snack at around +8 or +9?

Thanks, everyone! Yes, Sienne, I can definitely do that! Normally, though, shot time is at 8am, so I'm getting up for work and it all happens petty quickly, so she doesn't have to wait. We stalled twice yesterday, which pushed her 2hrs later. She's not having any of that! I will definitely sort something out for her tonight. Honestly, I gave her a teaspoon full mixed with some water at 8am, and she's a happy cat now. Not ideal so close to shot time, but sometimes it is what it is...

Haha....clearly I'm not going back to sleep! My body know's it's time to be awake. Oh well...maybe a nap later!

Shot a 63 last night, so here goes nothin'!! There's no way she's gonna let me stall this morning...she's HUNGRY!! :-D

I'll wait a few minutes to see if there are any objections, but I'm guessing if it was ok last night, it's ok this morning.

Nice hooting!

I generally get a +1 if I'm shooting low. I either get a +1.5 or +2, as well. If you're seeing numbers start to drop, have that HC handy!

Nope....she's decided she's gonna take a little trip down to the 50s! :-D All is good here. She's napping right next to me and I'm actually trying to do a little work, though, this board is SUPER distracting! I'm addicted! Between this and Facebook, I don't know how I ever get anything done!!

LOL! It's worse than that! I'm so excited about how she's doing (though trying to brace myself for when this amazing run ends :YMSIGH: ), that I am watching the clock for the next time I can test! "Is it +3 yet...damn...45 more minutes...now...damn, 42 more minutes..." :lol: :lol: :lol:

We're just a big ole bunch of nutty cat owners! Oh, and whoa, dude, I am the BEST procrastinator in-the-world...now I just have another outlet for wasting time!

Ugh...back to my report writing...

Seems to be surfing the 50s today....time for a little lunch and I'm sure a little catnap. Ahhh, the life of a cat....ever searching for the next meal and the sunny spot on the floor, though the shady spot on the couch next to mom does the trick too!

Nope...50s it is! She had a snack and only went up 6 pts. She's definitely on her own path right now!!

I'm SO thankful that she's doing well and that she not dealing with a bucketload of other ailments. So many other kitties are and my heart hurts for them. I always feel guilty posting...still in the green...I'm trying to balance celebrating our path and remembering the others. Even though we're having great days, all those other kitties are always in our thoughts!

Back to pretending to work now! :lol: :lol:

Really beautiful numbers today and yesterday and the day before that....
So the BCS dose last night was actually an official dose reduction, very cool!

But what I really wanted to say was....

What's this 81?? LOL!! I'm SO just kidding (though, I'm certain my attempt at humor will have jinxed us!). Funny...she did almost the exact same thing yesterday...80s at +8 and +10 and then that wacky 56 at +12!!

I feel like I have to keep saying it to the universe (because it's true)...I'm so thankful for our day. I might get a +10, or I might let her surprise me and wait until PMPS....oh, lord...I'll never make it to +12! :lol: :lol: See you in 2 hours! :lol: :lol:

Wow...same +10 as last night. So, I just realized that I should have started correcting her shot schedule this morning. Ack!! ohmygod_smile Not enough cycles to back it up 2 hours. Oh well...I'll start tonight and see what I can do about Monday morning.

Be back in 2hrs for the mystery PMPS number!! I'm off to make pancakes!!

You should be OK to back up your time. You can move your shots 1/2 hour per day either in once per day or 15 min. per cycle. With Harley surfing in the greens, I'd thing 15 min. per cycle would be best.
 
See how I made that big girl decision all by myself?? LOL! I feel like anything that could have phased my has already happened in the past couple of days...(knock on wood)
