8/30 Do Lou amps 249+9 231pmps 249

WCR he is doing great much better then the Bean I finally was able to get a appt with a new neurologist for my migraines I had a bad one start this past Sat night I guess I should have gone to ER since it lasted over 48 hours did not break until about 11 this morning been a LONG time since I had pain like that with meds doing nothing I just hate to go to ER they always pretty much knock you out yes you are pain free but you are out of it like for days well anyway my pain Dr is just not doing a good job at all never gets back to you and to talk to a human there instead of a machine well thats a miracle so its been a little over 2 yrs since the Bean was under neuro care I can see I should not have stopped but oh well live and learn. Cat is doing well its a week today since he was sick cat_pet_icon so very glad he got over that as quickly as he did. Also Libby when you see this what do you think stay with .75 longer or head on up to 1U we only have seen 2 blues so far on this dose but let me know what you think?

Hooray for a happy and healthy Do Lou! But poor bean. I've had migraines in the past and it really is some of the worst pain and just so draining. It was always awful to wake up the next day and realize it was still there. I hope your good as new soon and I'm glad you found a new doctor in an office where people answer the phone.

OOOOOh I feel awful for you Lisa. I get migraines and i am under a neurologist's care for them. I'm on an anti-seizure medication every day to try to keep them at bay. Still when I'm stressed out and they start coming every day I sometimes have to go on high dose prednisone for a week to break the cycle (I just did that and it worked like a charm). But every time I get one that lasts longer than 24 hours at a time, I get really shaky because back in 2006 I had to be hospitalized for a NINE DAY MIGRAINE (bet that caught your attention) ohmygod_smile
It was horrible. It wasn't the worse one I ever had, but it wouldn't go away. They had to give me 4 days of IV drip meds every 8 hours in hospital environment to break that sucker. I totally understand what you are going through! Once you get on some kind of regimen again...stay with it. Be as good to yourself as you are to your babies, k? ♥

ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile a 9 DAY MIGRAINE UGGH and to think I complain about mine I have had them last weeks on end but pain goes up and down never bad constant pain like this past weekend I call it my crazy pain the OMG I am dying someone cut my head off pain you understand you know the level of pain that you just cannot handle I hate going to ER but I probably should have. I took miganal this morning it helped sometimes it does and sometimes it does nothing. I am on topamax also but I think it has stopped working honestly I have been on many preventives in seizure class, calcium channel blocker, anti depressants and after a time I just get used to everything like immitrex its the last of the triptans to finally stop working for me :sad: :sad: it used to be a miracle drug for me. Anyway I hope this new dr helps we shall see :-D

Glad to hear that DoLou is doing better, but Oh, poor you! :YMHUG: I hope the new doc has some tricks up his sleeve.

Lisa...that is an awful lot of yellow on his SS...I mean, it's so BRIGHT! :lol: Those 2 blues really stick out in the middle there...glad he is doing okay though....
They say that a lot of flat yellows means something is about to happen...guess Do Lou didn't get that memo eh?
 
Glad that you took him up to the 1unit. It looks like it was time for that increase.
Very sorry about your migraine, OMG that sounded awful!
 
sorry I didn't see your question before you shot, but I'm glad you increased.

I hope you feel better soon, I can't imagine having that much pain for so long.

Thanks yeah no one was here at the time and he has been a bit higher last day or two :roll: head is finally feeling a bit better its been a long 3 days
