At tbp - Tuscany laid down today to eat. Last pm DH was touching to bad leg and she let out a yelp/snarl :sad: Not much longer for her pain........

Tuscany story: When she was younger - I could not open a drawer without her coming and running to investigate. She had to look in the drawer, paw thru the drawer in her search for - rubber bands. Yes, she was a rubber band addict. Would play with them and then chew them. I tried hard not to let her have any unsupervised but ....

sorry to hear that tuscany is not feeling so good .... that is a funny story about her .. last night mocha came up on me and I thought she was going to snuggle .. but she had other plans ... jumped up onto the back of the couch to the end table where she had apparently spotted a rubber band from the hall way ... sneaky little critter ...

I'm sorry your little girl is not doing well.... pain is never a good thing.

I like your story of Tuscany. Tizon loves rubber bands too.... I really used to have to hide them well.

I bought some whipped cream just now at the store...i will think of her when I enjoy some, hoping that she is having some too! :YMHUG:

(((Hugs for you and DH))) and whipped cream for Tuscany. I will associate whipped cream with Tuscany from now on.
I had to force feed, assist-feed my civvie for the past few days and I thought giving her some of Tuscany's whipped cream sounded like a great idea.
She seemed to like it. :-D It is a little legacy from Tuscany to a fellow kitty. Thank you.

Hi Joyce, Stu loves rubber bands, too. He bats them around, but doesn't chew on them. The big fat broccoli bands are the ones he likes the best. Give your sweet girl some scritches for us tonight. Hope she enjoys her whipped cream. Hugs to you all,

Just wanted to say that you folks have been in my thoughts so much. I know it must be so hard. The grace and bravery you are showing only amazes me. It really does. Please give your baby a kiss for me and tell her Tori sends her love too. God I wish this wasn't happening to you.
 
Thank you everyone for helping me thru this day and thru this week. Your comments, hugs, thoughts have meant alot to us. It is making me feel a little calmer, less panicky about Thursday.

Cyn, we have been slowly upping the bupe - but I have just enough to get me thru til thursday if I keep it at .1 ml or less....

CD and Pat - careful of the whipped - before you know it everyone will be taking the hits off the can. Small amt for Tuscany, some for Josie, some for DH, some for me.... Can's aren't lasting too long around here right now.

Also interesting to see how many rubberband bandits there are out there.

Tuscany got some 8 % tonight - not cause her sugars needed it but because she has always enjoyed that variety with that little sauce. She was happy with the fuds tonight. Also got snuck a shrimp from the left over Indian food (well rinsed of the spice).

She has missed the litter box 2 x this week... Going next to it on piddle pad.
 
Oh, I'm glad she got a shrimp, too. My J.D. goes bonkers over shrimp. I hope she enjoyed it just as much. :-D
