Well well Kazi girl...trying to make a go of this aren't you? :-D I will NOT be home to test or monitor after her shot-- I am able to stall her for 25 minutes to see if she rises but no more. Her current dose is 1 drop. My gut feeling is shoot- seems a few people have said its about impossible to hypo on such a dose...but I have never shot below a 93 and I was home to monitor for that. Thoughts anyone?

Re: 10/4 Kazi AMBG:80 +25min: 83 !QUESTION!

Not sure if I leave LC out, MC/HC she would more than likely eat everything I left out within minutes of doing it. She does love the gravy. I guess this morning will be a skip....fingers crossed tight she stays nice and low on her own.

ETA: I am pricing feeders today, and hopefully ordering one within the next couple of days.

Re: 10/4 Kazi AMBG:80 +25min: 83 !QUESTION!

Agree with Sienne--Leave out food--I was told by founders of LL that it is indeed too low a dose for a hypo..Moonie was on it for quite a while in the beginning-
Leave food out--MC will raise bg's slightly less than HC, but Better to be Safe than Sorry!!
Skip works too, You never know, could be the start of a trial for you!! Paws & fingers crossed!!!!

Curious to see what pmps will be! I'm sure you felt better not shooting that 83 this morning :)

I like the +9.5.

Let's try something - can you feed a couple of tsp of LC now and then post your PMPS number when you get it? I'm curious whether her pancreas will bring the number down.

Must have read your mind--- I fed about 3tsp (1/3 a can or so) when I did her 9.5 spot check. Seems that we still need that drop of insulin, but 138 doesn't seem terrible? ?Her dinner was the remainder of her normal amount for PM...so a little over 1/3 a can. Wondering how the smaller amount + insulin will affect her numbers.
