01/15 Basil AMPS=94,+4=77 PMPS=89 +4=62 +5=65

Hi everyone,

Well, after making us think he might be on his way down low last night (he gave us a 64 after a snack) Basil has offered up a 94 for us today. I like that.

Here's to a happy Friday for all sugar kitties.

His +4 is nice, I think. He's out on the screened porch soaking up some 49-degree sunshine.

Basil has a good appetite today and gave us a lovely PMPS. I hope he delivers a nice calm number for a bed check 'cuz I am tired tonight!

Ooh, goody! And I think we are getting just a little more confident in what we are doing here so that we have been predicting the same thing. Now, if Basil will just continue to cooperate...

Well, he's continuing to cooperate so far. Just tested at +4 and got 62. Gave him a small snack and will test again at +4.5 or +5.

Thanks Jil. Just tested again for +5 and got 65. Given his history at this time and that his BG seems to be holding steady or possibly slightly rising, we figured it was safe to leave him out some food and some frozen food and go to bed.
