A very exciting night for me. Harley stayed in the 100's most of the time. I got little sleep because I wanted to keep testing just to look at the numbers. At +8, he was 298 but I'm not sure if I did that one right - I was really tired, but YEAH I loved the other numbers. :-D

This is the 3rd (or so) shot in the flank and he behaved just fine. No problems. Hope today goes as well.

Got home after being gone about 4 hours. I had left Harley some food and prior to me leaving, he had gotten into his brothers EVO dry food. He maybe ate about 5 kibbles. When I go home, I did a bg +9 326 and now he has thrown up twice. I did a blood ketone with the Precision and it measured 0.1 (no ketones I assume). Should I be worried? I think the high bg is from the food I left (MC) and the kibble he stole. Any suggestions?

Well I hope the higher BGs are from the MC and the kibble. It seems that there were a few kitties that threw up today...I hope it is just the Hunter Moon...but I think it should be renamed the Pukus Moon.... :lol:

If it is just a case of him having an upset tummy, it will be okay. Have you tried feeding him some soupy LC? He might be hungry after the vomiting. Maybe he ate too fast??? You know him best and if something doesn't seem right, you will notice. Please let us know if he kept food down at this point, okay Pattie?

I did do the soupy stuff and he ate but slowly - not his gobble it down way. I think it was just all the stuff today. He is now laying on his condo tower.

I hope the puking and the high number are just because he wasn't used to that food. Throwing up does seem to be going around on the board today. I'll have to make sure my kitties don't read any condos and get any ideas.

Well, not the best way to end the day but it is not red. Harley is crying but not for food. He ate dinner but did not lick the plate as usual. No ketones. I am praying that the 360 does not mean that he has become resistant.
