She was feisty this a.m. 'Tude with me... 'Tude with the others... 'Tude with Jr. Mint. Typical lil mama she is. Gave shot on left side (by accident). So, tomorrow, she'll have her shots on the right side (providing I remember).

Thank you all for the healing vines and prayers for Jr. Mint. He's doing much better with each day. Although, he appears to still be peeing in spurts when he goes to the LBs, there are instances when he does a much larger clump. He's still on meds for another 3.5 days, plus anti-inflammatory for another 5+ days. His appetite's there. He loves the Friskies Special Diet food. Still won't touch the C/D formula that was prescribed by the vet, and I'm not going to force it on him. May take it back to them this weekend time permitting.

sometimes the cats just have to give us 'tudes .. its part of being a cat! This is a lovely start to the day for blackie, I hope she continues to surf the blues and greens for you .. and glad to hear that jr mint is getting better each day ... have a great day guys!

I honestly wonder why Hills can't figure out that most cats hate their food. Do you think that maybe it's the by-products and other junk they use?

Nice morning for Blackie! I hope that a nice surf is in progress. It is good to read too that Jr mint is improving daily.

I'm watching her closely today. I'm not sure if the insulin is petering out, OR she's getting ready to plummet tomorrow (check SS from a past episode like today if you're curious - 10/13/10 is a good indicator which is the day before she gave me the # < 50), OR possible food spike. IF it was the latter, though, then she would be going down by the 1/2 point in at +2.5. Curiouser, and curiouser.

Your Blackie has been doing great! It will be interesting to see where she goes today. And I'm glad to hear that Jr. Mint is feeling better and I'm sending more healing vines to Jr. Mint.
