11/28 thread

WCR Sara's #'s have been looking good. She's always looking for her treat with her tyroid pill in it after I shoot her. That's still working out. I keep telling her she's never going to loose the weight before the holiday's if she doesn't cut down.

It seems whenever I stick the bathroom rug back in a few days there is a stain on the bottom side of it. I can't tell from the top that one of the pets had used it urinate. But when I lift it there is always a urine stain on the rubber part. Pretty big too. It's just so funny because I never catch anything being wet. I see Sara use this LB up here so I don't know maybe its not her. I never see any on the towel that I exchange for the rug though. It's just such a mystery. Maybe its not Sara and maybe I'll have to get rid of the rug. I do wash it with vinegar. I'm just quite stumped. :-|

I think if I were you Jan unless this rug is special I would part with it no matter how much we wash things urine is so hard to eliminate completely I have a stud male here that is really bad about peeing on one bed only that he sleeps on in the bathroom why he started peeing in it IDK male thing anyway I have washed it over and over smells fine to me but if he is around it you can tell he still smells something so I think Sara even if its not her they may still be smelling urine in that rubber backing might want to just buy a new rug and see what happens nice amps :mrgreen:

Good morning guys! Nice amps for sara today ... hmmm about the rug ... I remember once as a little girl we had a kitty that was OBSESSED with our bathroom rug and would constantly pee on it .. didn't matter if there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom or a spotless brand new kitty box ... she would always pee on that rug .. threw away the rug and the peeing out of the box stopped ... it might be a texture thing, is it a long shaggy rug? Anyways, hope you get it figured out!

I agree...get rid of the rug and see what happens. Whether it is the lingering scent or the texture, it is attracting one of them, so best to pick it up and see what happens. Hoe you have a Happy Tuesday Jan! :mrgreen:

Thanks guys I was thinking I'll have to toss that rug. I forget sometimes they have those amazing sniffers.

nice amps for sara! Yep on the rug - been through that too. I got rid of the rug and the peeing stopped. I hope you guys have a great evening!
