Shot 15 minutes early last night and this morning and will also do so tonight to get us back on schedule tomorrow morning.

Willie continues to be in great spirits with lots of loves and purrs. He actually slept next to me last night rather than by my feet and spent the whole night holding my hand and sleeping with his head on it. He really is just such a sweetie.

Skin continues to heal with no signs of spreading. I continue to be hopeful that we are turning a corner. I know at some point, I will need to become a bit more aggressive with his dosing, but with everything going on with him, I'm satisfied for the moment with the progress we've made in the past week. To go from a spreadsheet that was mostly yellow and pink with spots of red and a couple blues and greens to a spreadsheet of mostly yellows and blues with a few greens and a few brief forays into pink is a cause for celebration, IMHO.

I'll be doing a long lunch at home today, which will allow me to get in two hours of spot checks at around +4.5 and +5.5.

LOL Major project came in this week that I likely have to have done by Sunday, so I may have to save liquid lunch until then!!! :-D

Right?!? It turns out, shockingly enough, that alcohol actually worsens my legal writing skills. Go figure!!

I'm sorry I am behind on condo's. Still getting caught up to everyone. Glad his skin is clearing up and healing. He must be feeling a bit better from that too?

Hey, Karrie! His skin is definitely feeling better... much easier to check spots now as he doesn't struggle at all.

So much for giving his ears a break tonight... that 126 was unexpected! gave him a tbsp of food and have more at the ready.

His lazy butt didn't leave the bed all day until I got home tonight. After some time at the water bowl, about 5 minutes of play and some brief chair time, he's curled up in his donut on the sofa chaise down by my feet. We've also had lots of pets and our evening brushing. He's always liked to be groomed, but with all his skin issues now, I think it just makes him feel pretty even if his undersides aren't so much.

Meh, sleep is overrated. Will. not. overreact. Fed 2 Tbsp. raw food, will bust out the Natural Balance if we get to 50.

Dude, I'z tired! Laying on de bed all day wuz ex-hawsting!!! And u'z keep fillin mah belly with de fuds!!! How'z I'z s'posed to stay awake?!?

Hey, Cheryl. Yes, sleep sounds good right now. At least took a shower so I wouldn't have to dry my hair in the morning! :) Can't believe I have to be up to test and shoot in less than 6 hours. *sigh*

Gah. +6 have no idea. I know relion can be off if you don't get enough blood... will show a higher number. First poke was a 120. Second, a 91. Third, a 78. All within 2 minutes of each other. I know margin of error and all, but grr.

#4 was an 86. 84.5 is an average of the 91 and the 78, so we're going with "85ish". Fed at 5.5, so that may have a little food spike to it, and Willie is known to nadir at +7, so will get a +6.5 before going to bed. What's another 30 minutes at this point? :)

Hi Christie,
I just missed you; I'm just getting up as could not sleep. Wow, Willie really had some nice numbers last night. I hope you can catch some rest. Do you have another meter to compare when you get questionable numbers? Maggie was acting like she was dead to the world, so I just checked her.
