Geez.. happy shoveling.. thankfully no snow here, but I doubt we have seen the last of it either.

What a nice start today for Checkers - sunny yellow!

Well bummer on the snow and the shoveling... Sure seems like a long cold snowy winter that just does not stop. Spring is coming?

Hi guys ... nice sunny run of numbers for checkers today .. flat yellows could mean an exciting night! I hope you got your shoveling done .. peter shoveled this morning and said we got about 8in .. however a mile down the road where my parents live they said the snow was over the top of the snow blower which would be about 15in or so :? to much either way I say!

Yay, we're green again. He was playful this afternoon, but only when I engage with him. He rarely plays independantly. Maybe I just don't have the right toys?

I looked at the snow and looked at the shovel, and hiked over to the shed and hauled out my little snow thrower. It's a pain, 'cause it's electric, and I gotta fumble with looooooong cord, but it is easier on the back, than shoveling. It's small, but mighty
The sun is shining and my boy has low numbers, I'm a happy girl. :-D

I just have learned (sort of ),how to move, to avoid pain. Sitting and lying down, is where I run into trouble.

Nice cycle today! It is nice to see the greens on Checkers!

I'm right with you on the snow...another 4 inches for us too. I vote that we skip the rest of February and March and go right to April! :lol: At least we got a little thawing in between, we can see over the snowbanks at the corners. ;-)

What another lovely day for Checkers.

I was thinking the same thing as Celi when I just read your post. Shovelling snow??? Even with a snow blower???? Barb!!! I hope you will take it easy on that back!
 
Ella, I have no kids in neighborhood. Not many homes on this dead-end road either.
No one to shovel, and I only clear around my back door and path to car. Not enough to bother calling someone.
I am extremely lucky to have a neighbor who plows my driveway twice a day, when he goes to work and home again. He refuses to accept money, saying "that's what neighbors are for"

Kitty backrubs, oh yeah!! I get head rubs from Checks after I shampoo. He gets up on the back of the couch, and rubs all over my head, like I'm not supposed to know, he's just putting his scent on me. :lol:

Checks is up to 276, at +2. Guess I can sleep tonight
