3/15 Willie PMPS 228, +1.5~286, +3~136?, +4.5~261

Another bouncy day. He was at 143 at +5 last night, so at least we're making some progress, and he was headed downward when I left for tbp this morning.

He was very snuggly last night... wanted to be in my lap until I started working on a project that involved a lot of space. He headed to bed... had a big, chunky pink sweater on the bed that I had thought about wearing yesterday and hadn't moved it. He was completely splayed out on it... covering every possible inch he could. In a show of faith that spring is upon us, I ceded the sweater to Willie (while I do like it, it was a thrift store find), and it is now on his corner of the bed by my pillow. He was pleased and slept there all night. After our btb cuddles, we had a little play time. He likes to play catch with Mr. Googly Eyes. I toss MGE in the air, Willie bats him back towards me. Though not all the way to me. That would be TOO drooler-esque. He was sure to make me reach for it. I left him to play on his own while I got ready and he got his morning workout in. It is a relief to see him being so playful even with his numbers higher.

Thoughts and prayers going out to all our LL friends, furry and otherwise, who are in need. Special thoughts for Roni and Copper today... may their vet visit go well and the growth be benign. Happy celebratory thoughts for Peter, Devon and the fabulous Miss Mocha Jo Latte on her amazing start to her 8th day in her OTJ Trial, with fingers and paws crossed for continued amazing progress!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Had a massive coupon reorganization project last night, so wasn't able to get to condos as I'd hope. Promise to check in this evening!

Hi guys .. sorry to see that bounce ... but at least you know there was blue behind it .. I can't even begin to count how many shirts/sweaters have become our cats blankets cause they just love them so much .. Hi Christie & Willie, so funny about your pink sweater and Willie claiming it as his own. I had a top drying on the floor with a towel placed under it, and in the morning I find four paw prints on it autographed by Maggie.

Was very worried when I walked in the door tonight and found that Willie hadn't touched his food since 9:15 this morning. And then I walked in the bedroom. And noticed the bonitos were not on the nightstand where I'd left them (with the lid off. doh.). Well, at least now I don't have to worry about how I'm going to go through a pint sized container of them before they expire in April. I think he ate like 3/4 of them. :shock:

He's already been less than enthusiastic lately about raw food, so I just gave in and opened a big can of Wellness. FIgure I need to get real food, balanced food in his system.3

We've had a game of catch with MGE. He's getting very good at catching him in the air and then batting him back to me! Now I'm getting headbutts... time for some lubbins!

Just picked him up to kiss on him, and his whole head smells like dried fish skins from sticking his head down in the container!! :shock:

ETA: Okay, this boy is just silly. I put all his toys in one of his small cat beds today so I could keep them in one place and put them away each day. He didn't seem to play with as many today... but he seems to like having them there!

Nice yellow cycle for Wilie today - I wonder if that means he has plans for you tonight? Willie?

It is nice to read that WIllie plays - He needs to come and show Mannie how to do that. Thought the liking the toys and the clothing in or near the bed is so Mannie.
