Good Monday, Everyone,

We woke up to an inch of new snow and high winds. Another day of spring in the Adirondacks!! Rusty had eaten all of his nighttime food and was hungry for breakfast. Good test, pretty good shot (had to compensate for an air bubble again), and 2 sittings of breakfast eaten one right after the other. He just sat in front of his dish and waited for second sitting! Not interested in playing yet; is interested in sitting on top of the radiator, which is nice and warm (it's too cold to begin "saving" on heating costs!)
If the sun comes out today (as is expected, although some form of precipitation is coming down right now), we will go out to survey the garden.

Everyone have a lovely day today. Joyous Passover!

Hey Kitties, that was a great Full Fish Moon party at Attie's. The fish dishes were so good. I loved grillin' fish. See you all later for some chillaxin.

Hi guys .. nice start to the day rusty .. I don't blame you for wanting to relax on the radiator .. it's silly to have snow in the middle of april .. we woke up to it falling down and now it's starting to cover everything again .. hope you guys have a great day!

Re: 4/18 Rusty AMPS 109

Snow!! ??? I'm sure it is pretty and all... but no, just no.
I grew up in Delaware, which is not as north as you of course, but I never understood why poets and writers always wrote about lovely Spring. To me it was grey, cold, muddy, sometimes snowy, very dreary and then boom, it was suddenly hot.

Then I went to college in Tennessee. OMG, Spring!! It is a thing of beauty. I finally understood the poetic appreciation. Gently cool, gradually warming up with stunning flowers and tree blossoms and it goes on from mid March to late May. Unlike the 3 day Spring in Delaware that was jammed between Winter and Summer. Hahaha! At least that is how my prejudiced memory works. (I am purposely ignoring the wild thunderstorm/tornado weather we also get here in the Southeast... selective memory.)

Rusty sure is looking good with his blue/green AMPS. Soon to be green. And I'd be sitting on the radiator too.

Re: 4/18 Rusty AMPS 109

Nice morning numbers, Rusty. I'd like to take a nap on a radiator, too. :-D

Hi Ella. We have the same. Blanket of snow, and cold! At least the sun is out, for all the good it's doing. It's barely melting the little snow.
This is western NY. Next week it can be 80

Gorgeous, consistent day for Rusty there, Ella.

MORE SNOW???  If I lived there, I'd sleep on the radiator, too!!
