From yesterday:

just in case you all haven't seen Sue & Samwise's condos the past week - she could surely use some support. her husband developed cellulitis, i think - he had an infection in his extremities and couldn't lift his arms at all. that was about a week ago. he went to the hospital, was in the ICU, they cut slices in his arms to let the fluid drain, then they stitched it up. he was in a regular room. she was offline for a couple of days and now he's back in the ICU and she's broken her leg.

They have at least 2 cats, samwise & baggins and they have a horse.

anyway, perhaps you could stop by her condo and offer some support.

karrie, thanks for highlighting that - i was hoping posting late in the day that it wouldn't completely get missed. that's a lot for a person to bear by herself. a diabetic cat alone can be enough, then add on the rest!

no exciting news here. anya is somewhat embarrassed about the x-rated pictures of her that are floating about, so she's sitting on the ottoman right now, looking out the window, and has her tail straight down the side of the ottoman in a very discreet manner.

i think we're on day 9 of baby chickadees - need to look and see how many days til they fly. it's within the week, i believe. in the meantime the mama and papa chickadees are in and out of the house constantly with worms in their mouths. it's a big job feeding them!

sending vines their way...

and will someone PLEASE take Velcro Cat off my hands??? she now will not let me type uninterrupted on the laptop...

and 6 kitty claws per paw are a big deterrant!

(binks detests her, btw...just a little more excitement in our day)
