9/19 Rusty AMPS 184, PMPS 135, +4 168

Good Evening, Everyone,

Great paddle today: great weather (if pretty windy), lovely color beginning to come out in the trees, a challenging 14 miles, mostly on large lakes with one gorgeous river and an easy 1/2-mile portage. Rusty held the fort and ate all the food set out in his automat. He was very happy to see us tonight. I took him outside briefly, but then got him in for PMPS and dinner. Edward just got home from the family-style dinner with the group at a resort on Blue Mountain Lake. He says he is "stuffed." I can believe it!! I had leftovers with Rusty for company. That was great, too.

I hope I got the evening shot in. Rusty didn't complain the way he usually does. I don't think I smelled any Lev. After yesterday's interesting cycles I don't know what to expect anymore. I assume that AMPS today was a bounce from the 50 and 60 last night, but he's had high (for him) AMPS numbers for a while now.. Anyway, I shot a skinny 1.25 again today at both AMPS and PMPS. Tomorrow we go back home. Rain is expected. We were lucky with the weather while at camp, even though it was unseasonably cold.

Hope you all are having a good evening, I don't think I'll get to very many condos tonight. Tired!

I'm glad you had a good day on the river, sorry you couldn't stay for the dinner. PMPS is much better Rusty, wouldn't you know it just when he gets settled in it's time to go home. :roll: Have a safe trip tomorrow.

We are thinking good thoughts tonight for Punkin's acro treatment. I just finished reading Julie's very detailed report. I have good feelings that all will go well.

Edward smelled Lev. on Rusty when he got home, so I fear I may have given a fur, or partial fur, shot (I can smell it now, too). It was unusual that Rusty didn't meow!

I am glad that your day was so great. It sounds truly wonderful. I too enjoy those leftover dinners just with the furkids. Somehow they are the best.

I hope Rusty's numbers improve. It just seems so odd to see him where he is. Mannie has been doing this too - higher than what I have gotten used to, and I'm not too sure what to make of it. here's hoping that both our guys find better numbers.
