Josie's responding pretty well to the lantus - enough that i'd be wondering what she's doing mid-cycle. dose adjustments with lantus are pretty much based upon the nadir - the lowest point that she gets to in a cycle. that's why it's so important to get those mid-cycle tests.
i think there are resources for financial assistance if you need it too. look around on the main health board if you are interested. you don't want to not be able to get tests when they're needed!
