Well overall I am pleased with how well he is doing with his return to lev a lot less pinks and a lot more response to his insulin thank goodness less peeing and drinking also... I am now using the alphatrak every other day to compare numbers and its pretty spot on with the akray so I am pretty pleased with it overall not sure what I am going to do with the FSL since I do not want it sent to neebies cat(2)_steam after what we went thru anyway I am of course still in wait mode for test results I did talk to them and yes I am supposed to have them today well I better or I am going up there and just going to stand there until the Dr talks to me :-x Do Lou if fine today with all P's in place I have gone off and caught my DH's cold and look to be sick for Christmas now GRRRR on that since I am just now getting sick .... sigh its been a long month :roll: :roll:

I'm glad Do Lou is coming up with more pretty numbers. I hope you get over your cold quickly. Here's an idea, if your doctor's office doesn't call with your US results, go over there and share your cold ;-)

Hi guys .. I'm happy to read do lou is doing well on lev, with the less urinating and less pinks ... Hoping he starts showing more blues for you as well .. I sure do hope you get your test results in today .. and I hope your cold is a very short lived one, and you all are healthy for the holidays .. have a great day!

Hi Lisa, glad DoLou is doing well on Lev. Are the two meters fairly close together? I am so glad you will get your test results and they should never have made you wait so long. I hope it's good news and keep us updated.

Much better number for DL on the Lev. Sometime a change is all that is needed. :-D :-D :-D on the test results too.

Good news for you!! YAY!

I am glad to know the Arkray is accurate or at least compares well with the Alpha trak. I have not heard back from Abbott but will contact him after the holidays if he doesn't get back to me. Hold onto the FSL. I will let you know when I hear from him.

Good news on your test results, Lisa, not such good news to hear that you are getting a cold. Not the sort of present one wants for the holidays!! Drink lots of water. KTSS will bring you some chicken soup, too. That always works!

Do Lou seems to be settling in nicely back on Lev. But, as you know, you have to expect some blips along the way. I've been quoting you all over the forum: "The biggest variable in FD is FD itself". So true! Have a good evening, get some rest, and wake up feeling lots better in the morning.
