Good morning, everyone,

It was a short night! We had a lovely Xmas eve at my nephew's with a supper of 6 kinds of smoked fish, cheese, bread, onion soup, and Xmas cookies. Rusty was so happy to see us when we got back to my sister's, thrilled, and played a lot with his Xmas stocking and mouse. This morning he woke us up very early and really wanted breakfast. Not surprising , seeing that he has a much lower number. We'll be leaving shortly for Xmas morning (long process, since in our family we open gifts one at a time, going round and round the room from the youngest to the oldest until everything is opened. It takes a while, because everyone admires everyone's presents!) I'll put out a 3rd sitting of breakfast for Rusty and be back to give him his lunch and test at the usual time: +5.5.

Merry Christmas to all of you. What a nice start today for Rusty. Your description of opening gifts reminds me of our family Christmas celebrations. We did it the same way. Nice some traditions still survive our hustle and bustle world.
