Good morning LL
(need extra today!)
Last night we narrowly avoided a reduction (good because I don't think she's ready yet) and had quite a bit of excitement. Not something I normally want at 6:30 in the morning (this is the middle of the night for me because of my schedule). Bailey was dropping rapidly after our PM shot, 66 at +2, so I gave her a little HC to slow her down and set my alarm for +4 (yay! haven't had to do that in a while now...) Then at +4 she was 50  and I really needed to get back to bed, so I carbed her up with HC and woke DH to ask him to test right when he got up for work (in 1 1/2 hrs). Sooo of course when he gets up she is *nowhere* to be found. He searches the house a couple of times, then wakes me up to help. We both search the house and this kitty has just vanished!!! And her last BG was 50!!!
 I was freaking out. He finally found her by shaking a bag of HC treats - she materialized behind him, we still don't know where she was hiding. :? cat(2)_steam (BTW she was up to 86 by then.)
So now she is bouncing a bit, and I am really tired   sooo glad it's Friday, hopefully it will be a quiet night at work (yeah right, Friday night in the ER is never quiet  )
I hope you all had a restful night, and have a great Friday!
