Yesterday's Condo

Gabby is just full of surprises. Apparently, her numbers were coming down overnight so she could surprise me with a green start to the day. Gizmo is being a terror. I have some toys situated in a place where I was sure they wouldn't be noticed. (They haven't been noticed for months.) This morning, Gizmo found them. He is now convinced that he is a mighty hunter -- he has killed the feathers!

Just checked your SS and looks like +1 dropped quite a bit.
Are you ready with HC food and testing in 20-30 minutes?

Kitty dropped today down to 32 at +1.5 so it was a bit of a ride for first 2-3 hours... First time for us, but we managed just fine :-D

Thanks, Sienne, for remarking that more juice was in order for Rusty. It was the nudge I needed, as I was just coming to that conclusion. Yes, he's a happy camper who loves his beans and is secure in the knowledge that we love him. At night he waits for us to be in bed, then hops up and presents his face to be kissed: first to Edward, then to me. Then he settles down between us and goes to sleep. It is really quite touching.

Isn't it great when they rediscover toys? I can just imagine how much fun Gizmo is having with those feathers. And then there's Gabby, who is always ready to surprise. It looks like she means business today. Good thing it's Sunday. Have a lovely day.

Good morning, green Gabby! St. Patrick's day was yesterday, but we will take it. Did you go for a swim in the Chicago river overnight?

Have a great day guys! I think it will be fun to have a young cat again someday. We have all old fogies here, and they are sweet in their own way. But they are more into pacing than playing (can't remember who stated that a month or so ago--but very accurate :lol: )

I moved the other toys and feathers. Gizmo kept returning to the spot where I had them, intensely searching. Until, he noticed they were on top of a bookcase. You could actually see his mind working. He was so valiantly trying to figure out how he could get up there. Poor kitten. Thwarted again.

If Gizmo is anything like Calli was as a kitten you might be surprised and find him crying for help on top of your bookcase. :lol:

What a beautiful green day for Gabby. She wants to make sure everyone continues the St. Paddy's Day celebration. Gabby must be Irish at heart.

Gizmo is hilarious! I always love Gizmo stories.

I'm glad Gabby & Gizmo are having a good day today! At least Gizmo didn't attempt to climb the book case as one of my civvies would have done :lol:

As playful as Gizmo is, Gabby is far more reserved with regard to play. She decided it was a good evening for play. A fuzzy mouse has been thoroughly whacked!
