Happy Saturday!

Racci is feeling good today and her amps reflects it. She's walking without a limp this morning, had her poop and 2 small breakfasts and wasn't cranky about her meds today. Maybe I'll finally get a good hair brushing in finally. :lol: Her right side is all nice and smooth and her left side where it hurts is just a disaster because she never lets me give it a good brushing lately.

I hope everyone else is feeling well this morning and no ketones are floating around.

Thanks ladies!

Racci has been pretty cheerful all day and still has these nice numbers but tonight I could just sit down and cry! She has her infection back again! I just can't believe it! I've been so careful with her, washing her every time she poops and rinsing and drying her before I go to bed. I noticed a little one this morning but thought it was a leftover scab but when I went to clean her tonight, she had a large new painful sore right on her anus! I cleaned her and started her on Orbax but I'm out of that special medicated cortisone type powder she had & I don't know about putting baby powder or cortisone on because the vet had said to keep it dry. Now she's going to get constipated again too because it will hurt. I wonder if she got into something in the closet when she was hiding from company yesterday? She was all the way over on the side where she never goes so I don't bother keeping it up there. I think I'll use the baby powder. Its been hot and maybe she's been getting moist back there. She always keeps her tail tucked under her instead of letting it breathe.
Well, I have to go do her pmps test and get ready with meds and food and such. Ill be back.
