Much better start to the morning. I didn't give a dosecrease yesterday, just the threat. Maybe he is listening! I am going to get a new vial of insulin this weekend after I shop around for the best price. I hate having to decide between getting my hair cut and colored or a new vial of insulin, but guess which one always wins! Simon!

Simon was very playful last night and wanted to do the chasing Cleo thing but she didn't want to play. She just hissed and swatted at him and told him to go away.

Very nice start for Simon and it's Friday! Yay! Yep, when there's a choice to made, we always opt for the kitties too.

Hi Georgia, Nice blue start of the day. I think your insulin may still be okay, but you are the one who can tell. I used mine for 15 weeks and just started with the pm cycle with the new vial. I know on the cost.

Can you believe there is a $20 lower difference in the cost of an insulin vial at Walgreens compared to CVS? I get all my personal prescriptions done at CVS and shop almost exclusively at that store. I asked the pharmacist about getting a cheaper rate since Walgreens was quoting lower. Of course they said no! So needless to say, I will be shopping at Walgreens for Simon's insulin. Makes me wonder if all my meds will be cheaper there.

The different prices from varying pharmacies, no matter how close together, is amazing, isn't it? My Target has the best price around here...and Wegman's is literally next door, but $20 more!
