Morning ~O) ~O) I'm surprised pleasantly with the 140, as I got up an hour before testing, and Mags was helping herself to a late night snack. I didn't get the dish removed by +10, bad Bean, but nice to see that she didn't spike that much! So if I can make the excuse for data collected! :-D All is well and a nice deposit in her newer lb with the easy entry, It has a high back so when she kicks her feet, the litter doesn't get splattered against the wall. Chatty Maggie was at it again last night, and I got up to find her with the mouse part of the pole toy in her bed. I carried her off to bed where I fell asleep, and Mags went back into her space in the living room. She appeased me with some cuddle time though before falling asleep.
Wishing all a nice day. A walk a little later I'm sure and we'll see what the day brings. Healing vines to Rocket and all kitties needing them.

That was definitely a snack induced AMPS, silly girl. How sweet on the chatty Maggie and her giving you a few cuddles. Sounds like the new lb is working great. I keep looking at new lbs, but can't find one I like. My two are super picky about their lb. I tried to change the kind of litter twice and they both just refused to use it anymore. I can't even imagine what would happen if I changed the type of box. It would be a mutiny I am pretty sure.

Hope you get out for a walk and have a great day!!

'Morning Ann. That's a pretty nice amps, for being an hour after eating. Mags is coming down nicely too.
I'm glad she likes the new LB. Isn't it funny how they have a preference?
Checks doesn't like any litter but scoopable clay. I like the smell of the Pine scoopable, wish he did.

Have a nice walk and great day. :-D

kitties and their litter.... they are so particular! I am glad though that Maggie likes the new LB. nice for you too in that it doesn't get splattered against the wall.   I fight that one all the time. I look at the wall and think - how did they get that way up there. sheshhhh!

I hauled Mannie into the bed place last night too - her never goes their on his own, for the most part. Imagine my surprise when he actually stayed there, well as far as I know. I zonked out fast. Nice that you got cuddle time last night. YAY!!

Maggie is off to a great start - I always enjoy seeing her numbers - you've done really great with her. Surf well today Maggie!

Have a good one Ann. I hope you get out for your walk.

Re: 6/6 Maggie AMPS 140; +3 110 AT

Great news that Mags loves her new box! My one Civvie, Zen, goes for distance when he's kicking (note that he "kicks" instead of "digs"!). I'm afraid the box style you got, with the low front, would work even better for his kicking style, since he kicks in every direction possible  ! Fortunately for me, DH deals with the boxes most of the time.

A very nice start for Chatty Maggie! Enjoy your day, Ann!

I think the food is really influencing Mags. She can't seem to get enough breffifs to eat.

Thanks Melissa, Barb & Checkers, Michelle and Amy. Yes, these kitties sure are funny with their brand of cat litter. I've been using World's Best kitty litter and seems to agree with Mags. It looks like Mags is really getting tired of the pokes. This last one was hard to get a drop. I guess she's giving me permission to leave with this last reading.

Hi guys .. Oh maggie .. I don't know what it is about you that makes me :-D so much .. it just must be your utter cuteness and sweetness! I'm glad the new LB is working out and keeping the litter where it should be kept .. Hope you guys have a great day!

Hi Ann & Maggie,
Rusty likes the World's Best litter, too. So do I. It never smells. I started using it with Stu when he was going to have the I-131 radio iodine treatment for hyper-T. One of the requirements for after treatment was that you had to use a flushable litter for 6 weeks because of the lingering radiation. Stu never did qualify to have the treatment: he was too sick. But we had started with the World's Best and he had liked it. And Rusty likes it, too. (I don't use the "flushable" aspect of it, however. I don't want to take chances with the septic system, so we scoop.) Rusty (like Stu before him) is fastidious with his litterbox. Everything has to be just so. And he is super careful with the litterbox we carry in the car on our trips.

Oh yes, the Wellness turkey. The small cans do indeed have a better texture than the batch of 5.5 oz. cans I have, but Rusty isn't thrilled with the turkey in the small cans either. But eventually he eats everything I put out. The only thing he gobbles up these days is FF T&G!

Enjoy your walk. It looks like my ride today will be rained out: we're having thunderstorms at present.

Back down just a little!

Thanks Devon for visiting and I'm glad Maggie makes you smile. She is a real sweetie and appreciates her new LB! :-D

Hi Ella, yes I really like World's Best Cat Litter, too, really scoops nice and clean. I also am afraid to flush here in these apartments, so I scoop. I think both Mags and Rusty would love having FF T & G as their main entre every day and a little Wellness Turkey as a side dish! Sorry about getting rained out for the bike ride; wish you could send some our way and we'll send you sun.

Good day for Maggie.
Ann, I tried World's Best Cat Litter and liked how it scooped but the problem I had was it really didn't do a good job with odor. Do you have that problem? My whole upstairs smelled bad even though I was constantly cleaning the box. Maybe Simon and Cleo are just extra stinky cats!

I may have undershot my microdosing, as Mags usually rises at the +3. She's been a little on the high side today, not bad though!

Hi Georgia, on the World's Best Kitty Litter, I've found it has good odor control. Do you use one for multiple cats. There is something I would like to start adding at the bottom of the litter (can't think of the name), but it would help with odor control. My neighbor used it and I noticed her bathroom had no odor at ll where she placed the LB. I have a scented Pet Odor Exterminator candle near her LB, too, unlit, but it has a nice Punkun & Spice scent. My Veterinarina's office was selling them.

I'm using Dr Elsey's Precious Cat Little for multicats. Oh yes, my home is a real multicathousehold, 21 kitties using LB. The odour control is a must. This litter is really doing its job!
