8/19 Racci AMPS-139,+3-105,+6.25-171,PMPS-186

Racci is coming down from her bounce yesterday after her 32. She's feeling good today and all p's have been taken care of. She's having a hungry day so must be headed down. I hope she doesn't take too much of a dive since I have to go to the drugstore, not that I want to, since it's another gray rainy day.

Well, I have to get ready to go so ttyl.

Hi Melanie, looking good today for Racci. I wanted to thank you for suggesting the syringing of Miralax and water. I tried it last evening and it worked great, much better than mixinf in with the fuds. Hope you two have a great day.

Wow, Racci - (32)?! :o Glad all is well with her today. Hope you got your errands taken care of.

It started off gray and RAINY here, too, but now it's sunny and beautiful!

Hi Guys!

I got back from town and Racci was sitting in front of her bowl waiting for me, her leftover food gone and the new meal I asked DH to give her not given! cat(2)_steam I had tested and fed her just before I left and at 75, I new she was on her way down so specificcally asked him to feed her at 3:30. He said she wouldn't eat for him! Grrrr! At any rate, I just finished rushing around testing & feeding her, shoving food in my mouth and putting stuff away from the store. I'm beat. I'm going to have to test Racci again in a few minutes since it's almost +6 now. :roll: No rest for the weary. :-|

Hey Devon, she's been doing pretty well lately as far as her diabetes. I almost hate to talk and jinx it. :lol: Thanks! (anti-jinx) Of course everything is very fragile with her, as usual but I'll take what I can get from day to day. :smile:

Hi Leslie, It's been a hectic day but productive. I even managed to finish the laundry! :lol: And of course, Racci is still her cheeful little self.

Hi Maggie, I'm glad the Miralax syringes worked well for you. I find it much better because there's no guesswork about how much she got. I always offer her bowl of water when done too even though she got that water mixed with it already, just as some extra.

Hey Libby, I did manage to get the running around done today so I don't have to worry about it tomorrow when I babysit. We barely saw the sun. It tried to come out but never quite made it. Just kept raining on & off. Yucky day!

I better test Racci again so I can relax my aching back a little. ;-) BRB

Yes, the numbers did stay good, thanks. Actually, a little too good. :smile: I would have preferred she finished the night a little higher since I babysit tomorrow & have to wake early. Since she's so low now, I won't get mucch sleep tonight, if any. She's going to go low before her nadir. I'll have to test and feed at about +3 and then again at +6 and have to be awake to babysit by +7! :-| :YMSIGH: ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) I will definitely need lots of ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) :lol: :lol:

Now surf on the green or blue. Yes, I know, we beans are always asking for more but surf higher green ok?
Melaine, hope you can rest a bit & cat nap for those +3 & +6. I am bad mumbean, sometimes I give Rosy a bit HC mixed with her LC hoping to make her bg raise higher during the night when I cannot test & there is no food around.

Sounds like you had a busy night before your busy day today! That seems to happen a lot when we have important things planned!
I hear ya on the only eating the lc issue. Ella is the same. When she's on a mission I've got to be there with her as she is a super picky eater too!

Thanks, Tamara! I never made the test at +6. I fed her but couldn't manage testing half asleep. Isn't it a drag when they're fussy eaters?
I have to go get things ready for her AMPS and meds, etc now. Be back soon on a new thread for today. :dizcat (DGS wanted this emoticon) :lol:
