8/25 Reuben PMPS HI +3 495

Yesterday's Condo

Good Morning LL Friends!

Reuben's first day on 2.0u went well, and the PM random test at (+7) was a lovely surprise at 132. Back up to 455 for the AMPS and we shall see how today unfolds.

I make him Lisa Pierson's Recipe(cooked), and apparently keeping enough for 3 days in the fridge isn`t going to work - because it did not last (went bad) ohmygod_smile - and I am scrambling this morning to make more. In the meantime he is eating tuna, which for him is like chocolate (and is the testing treat), so he's happy. I haven`t researched tuna vis a vis our project with FD and Pancreatitis - so I hope we are not looking for trouble! I`m putting the vitamin mix that goes into the chicken into the tuna at least; and, it`s only for this morning.

Anyway, lesson learned! I need to hurry up the remodel on the house so that I can install my big refrigerator/freezer and be able to store/have a back up supply. I`m living in the little cottage until the house is ready, and only have a 3/4 size fridge with tiny freezer. I would dash out right now and buy appropriate canned food, but I haven`t found any here! :-x

Check out that AMPS...lower than yesterday's poke! (hey, it's the little things sometimes!!!!)

Oh, home remodel...must be a little bit fun, a little bit exciting, and lots of irritating!!! Can't wait until it's done so you guys can get back into your house and settle in for many comfy, cozy Caturdays!

Reuben - have a nice slide down to the blue lagoon today. You're even welcome to dip around in the green abyss, if you'd like. Just not too fast getting there and not too low!

Aren't you sweet to notice the little-bit-lower amps, Deborah!! I kinda liked it too :razz: Yeah, the remodel is going sooo slowwwly ... I think I'll just find a corner out of the way and plug the fridge in now... I love the cottage so much I`m not stressed about the sloowwww house remodel.. but I DO need the fridge!

Very nice Reuben, what a nice change from all the HI's. I hope he's gotten over his pancreatitis attack and well on his way to feeling 100%!!!!

Here's a (+5) Jane, looking like he`s have a nice long slow ride just like yesterday. I`ll keep a closer eye on the nadir hours now. He feels pretty good, acting like a cat; and even found a shelf on the bookcase to snooze away while I was making food for him. This is progress!! -Alexa

Thank you Jane :razz: Looks like day two of 2.0u is a little beach ball bouncy... :dizcat we'll just ride it out and see what day three looks like... with proper nutrition!!

I was definitely plying him with liquids yesterday, and have not today. And, we need proper tummy meds. It hurts just a teensy bit though, to see him go back into Words instead of Numbers...haha.... We'll just Keep on keepin on... getting closer to good health every day!!

Ah, yes, now that I think of it, he probably went pretty low last night, before the 132 I tested at (+7). It`s all good though; we`re on the good ride.
