good morning everyone,

At camp We set the state record for low temperature this morning: 32 degreesF in Indian Lake!! It was COLD last night in the cabin. Rusty snuggled with his beans. No mouse activity last night. I think he got them all for now. Back home later this morning. I hope that Rusty's numbers will come down to normal, but they may need a nudge. He'll get the fat put back on his dose in a day or so, after he gets settled in at home again, if his numbers don't improve.

Brrrrrr. At least you had your own little kitty heater. Glad to hear your exterminator did the job and all clear on the mousies. Have a safe trip back and a great day Ella!!

I am with Melissa - you ave your own little kitty blanket! It is amazing how warm they keep us when they snuggle like that.

Rusty Mighty Hunter - excellent job on controlling the mouse invasion! The rest of the LL kitties are so proud of you. :cool: Best make one last check before you leave today.

Not too bad of a start for Rusty. Almost blue. I hope he will return to Rusty green when you get home, and he is back in his comfort zone. Right Rusty? The green lagoon misses its master. :-D

Oh wow with the cold temps; 32 degrees F is hard to imagine, as we're having 90's and high humidity. Would be nice if we could swap a little of each and be just right! I bet Rusty comes down as soon as he gets in his bed by the radiator. Have a safe trip home.

come on , Rusty, Tess made it back to the Lagoon, so no need for you to keep looking for her up there.

Brrrrrrr! And I was chilled when I came in from the garden last night and it was 60º! Kittty blankets are the best! And Rusty is pulling his weight getting the cabin ready fo winter, no mousers to get into things! :-D :-D

Nice numbers for a guy who ate, and is off schedule this week. Bet when he's back home, he comes back nice to Rusty numbers.

Nice to hear Rusty got some mice, he's a little hunter isn't he?

I hope he came down to the lagoon and left that yellow floor, have a great evening.

We had 60's here & I had all the windows open--I love the first chill of autumn in the air--But not as low as your temps!

Hi again,

Rusty had a good trip home despite the awful numbers. He didn't get carsick and spent the whole trip looking out the window. The +5 was taken 45 minutes after getting home and it clearly reflects the trip. But he didn't come down much by PMPS. Tomorrow, if he doesn't clear this bounce, the fat goes back on the dose (up to a fat 1.5U: 2.33mm on the calipers and the Terumo syringe). This is a long bounce (this is day 6 of the bounce) and I don't want him sitting in these numbers. Other than the high numbers, he is fine and acting normally.

I spent the afternoon working on my car, getting it ready for the trade-in on Thursday. Still lots to do. It didn't help that we drove 20 miles on dirt roads yesterday!

Welcome home! Glad you made it back without carsickness, one less thing to prep for trade in.
I am amazed it was 32 degrees, nice that Rusty gave warm kitty cuddles :-D . Hope he comes back down soon.
