Had to drag that silly kitty back up off the floor this morning with a late cycle number of 54 again. I made sure he ate a GOOD meal at shot time last night so not sure why he bombed again. I changed to a fat 2.0 from 2.25 this morning but I'm not still sure this is the right path for him. He grazes all day so food is always there but he sleeps at night - SO 'un cat like' huh....
Everyone else is doing great - ScruffyKitty (Heart kitty) is plodding along day by day and keeping fluid controlled fairly well. He's been in a foul mood the last couple of days - wants to slap everyone around including the dogs. Not sure what that's about...
Schniggles sneezes are MUCH MUCH better as long as I give her at least 1/2 a benadryl (12.5mg) daily. Some days she needs a whole one (1/2 twice a day) to stop them but we can usually get away with just the half. She's such a little character...she has no neck - when she sits, she's got this WIDE light colored chest with this little black round head stuck on the end. Pugs are wierd.... :lol:
The migrating hummers flew in over the last couple of days - they usually stay here about 2 weeks and go thru huge amounts of hummer food. There were literally clouds of 10-15 at a time flying between our feeders and the neighbors feeders. Most of them are little Ruby throats but there are a few black chinned as well as Anna's.....they are such a beautiful sight.

Serryn - I'm not sure how I can catch and rescue trapped wild things like this but it's a gift I know I have. When I find them, I have a very different 'feeling' inside, like everything just calms down and the 'how' seems to just 'appear' in my head. I sure don't understand it but I cherish it. She literally climbed onto the broom for the ride - what caused her (and others) to 'help' by 'cooperating' is something I wonder about often....Vyktors Mum said:
