Those are some not very nice numbers....yuck! I don't know what to tell you, his numbers were nice yesterday.....FWIW, I would probably go back up a bit tonite.....but I am not an expert.....just my gut feeling. You have gone with this dose for more than 6 cycles....to me it is time to increase.

I'll stay with the current dose for another day and see what happens, then I'll raise if its not looking good.

I'm definitely not an expert either, but it looks to me like an increase is warranted. Unless he is dropping low at night and you aren't catching it, it looks like his liver still needs a bit of training. He had some nice numbers on his last dose, his pancreas wants to behave, but that pesky liver...

I'm not loving these numbers either. An increase back to 5.5 is warranted, whenever you're ready. I hope that by typing that, I somehow guaranteed that Blackie will decide to drop tonight! Threats of dose increases often work. ;-)
