Not sure what's up with this morning's #... Either contraband (caught her licking the floor yet again), or the Dawn Effect (would someone mind explaining that, please, if possible?)

I thought I was getting a touch of dawn effect too. I wrote it down when Marje mentioned it to someone else in my notes.
=natural occuring cortisol levels to help body prepare for stresses of the day.
I feel like we do that one a lot.

Hope Blackie switches off to usual nice low numbers right away...
