Good Morning LL! this is looking much better! :-D :-D Dare i say the NDW could be mild this time? anti-jinx Just before I got up I could hear a little bit of hacking and there was just a little foamy liquid on the floor. I think there is a hairball in the works. She was still very eager for breffis and happy things are back to normal.

Ella , yes the FD chicken is made in USA. I seems to be about the same consistency as the Prime bites that PetSmart used to carry. Yes the Petdophilus is Jarrow. I've been giving it to Tess for 6 months, usually w/ her raw food. I know now that was very low carb, but she's had periods of very nice numbers during that time. It was recommended by one of the vets at the clinic. There was another one I was looking at, I need to remember where I saw it and get back to you.

Rhiannon, Tess's all time favorite treat is definitely the FD duck breast. Even I think that one smells good. The turkey hearts are a hit too.

So much for NDW! :roll: Fed .15oz Wellness at +5 and .25oz w/ a drop of honey at +6 and I am about to abandon DH and go to the studio! :lol: :lol: Welcome home dear!

Ella, John and I were discussing the Petdopilus. He thinks the maltodextrine is actually a food source for the live cultures in the probiotic mix, just like adding a little sugar for the yeast in bread. All the other live culture probiotics I looked up have it too.

Side note, i actually did get a glimpse of the neighbor's cat's tail as she ran away when I went over to fed her the other day. Since Tess has been having problems w/ beef I had a couple of cans of Merrick BG Beef I was going to feed her. Even a semi-ferrel cat that eats everything in sight wouldn't touch it! :lol: :lol: :roll:

Looks like an afternoon of PCPCPC. Fed the 41 with a spoonful of Wellness Turkey and a drop of honey. So my afternoon is planned as Ann is at the ceramics studio.

I was gone this past week visiting my DM in S Dakota. She was just moved to assisted living because she has dementia and can no longer live alone, and my sibs can't give her the assistance she needs. She seemed well a year ago, but has really gone down hill rapidly these last few months. She will be moving to a nursing home that specializes in dementia patients soon. It seems ironic that both of our mom's are having to need nursing care at the same time. Looks like we have our hands full for a few years.

Looks like time to poke the kittie again. . . .John

Thanks for your comment on the dophillus. I like the idea of live cultures. Rusty won't go near yogurt!

John, so sorry to hear about your mom's decline. It is so hard when you are the caregiver and you live far away. (it's even harder when you are the "primary" and are within visiting distance, as I learned with my dear aunt). Hang in there and make sure that you and Ann take enough time for yourselves.

What an awesome day for Tess. I am sorry i missed it all. WOW - so much green! I hope she has a great PM cycle too, but up some so you can at least get a few hours sleep. what a awesome day today.
