Both the AMPS and the +2 have food in them...not sure why SO high but guess it is what it is today... ohmygod_smile He's feeling well, up and active, all P's in place. I did a furshot a few days ago, I think we're still recovering from that...?? We've seen mostly 200's and 300's last few days.
Snowshoe visited Dr. Jeremy yesterday - sure enough he DOES have a urinary tract infection. He got a baytril shot yesterday and on 10 days of Amox. He HATES amox so hides from me when it's med time...I've tried others, none are any better. He hates pills too and refuses to eat anything that I've sprinkled meds on. AND...poor baby got his butt shaved. His hair matts TERRIBLY, he goes into attack mode when anyone brushes his butt sooooo he had BAD matts all over it. I can't hold him and shave too, DH can't shave (too scared he'll cut) and also can't hold him as Snow will not have ANY part of DH holding him. I held him while Dr. Jeremy shaved it all. He's already feeling a LOT better today from both the ab's AND the shaved matts.
....water...we're PLAGUED by WATER...elderly neighbor called "my outside faucet's dripping bad, can you fix it?" "Of course, that's an easy one". I get parts, we go down there, she turns off the pump...she thought. DH turned on faucet, no water, decided it was indeed off. He started taking the old faucet off, it blew the last threads and HUGE amounts of water began pouring out. It wasn't off... :shock: :lol: :lol: ...he got drowned. He THEN had to put the new faucet on against the water flow while she was tottering off to turn off the RIGHT switch. Both succeeded about the same time. At least there were no leaks. I just stood back and laughed.
Our hearts are with Dale today as they helped Max cross - he was so loved for this I give thanks.
