Good Morning, Everyone,

7 degrees here this morning with about 4 inches of snow. Our new plower went beyond the driveway on the sides and plowed up our grass. The ground wasn't really frozen yet. Oh well--a winter casualty. (Our former plower is only doing commercial jobs this year. Bummer!)

Rusty was tired last night and didn't even finish his nighttime food. This morning's number is better than the pinks of yesterday, but I hope that he will finally clear this bounce today. We had a good test, shot, breakfast (Wellness Turkey, first sitting) and now a nap in his little bed next to the radiator. I didn't open the window quilt on Rusty's window yet, because even with the new stormwindow an icy blast came through! This cold snap is going to be brief: rain is predicted for Sunday. That will ice up everything!

Another day of catch-up is our plan for today.

Morning Ella, and brrr......on the 7 degrees and 4 inches of snow. I hope it warms up later. Rusty, how abouts coming down from the yellow floor onto a nice blue one. Hope he breaks the bounce soon. Have a nice day and hope you get all the catch up accomplished.

You are so smart, Rusty, napping by the radiator while waiting for the day to warm up a bit. Too bad it's going to be rain instead of more snow. Happy Friday!

BLUE!!! That's what we were waiting for Rusty! I hope you get everything done hat hass to get done and have some time to enjoy the snow before the rain.

Hi again,
We walked to the Post office in the snow, but that was about it--just too much to do and not enough time to do it in. Rusty had a "rest" day: not much energy, not much appetite. We did have a good game with the paper-towel roll and the bell balls, however. He is skilled, and invents new ways to play. He sure didn't want to go out in the snow and cold, however! I brought my mountain bike in from the barn and set it up on the wind trainer in the cellar. Now we can row, bike, and Nordic Trak when we have bad weather.

We are wishing everyone a great start to the weekend.

Hi Ella. Rusty sounds like a fun kitty.
My boy rarely plays anymore. Activity to him is climbing the steps to get to the sink or on the counter. :roll:

We got a little snow again today. I didn't feel like driving in it, tomorrow's going to be nice.
I walked across the road to visit a friend....that was my excercise. I always wondered how far the PO is for you and Edward to walk.

It's gonna warm up into the 50's down this way, in a few days. I hope you get the sunny warmup too. :smile:
