Yesterday

Happy Friday everyone. Thanks for the visits yesterday. Had some physical challenges with my arm/hand again yesterday so I didn't get back on to post or visit - sorry about that. Yesterday was a 'bounce' day for Scratchie and he went from blue to red without stopping on any other floor. Increased this morning back to the 5.25u. I did make an error on my posting yesterday and put his +11 as his AMPS number so corrected on SS, it was still good and still in the blue, just not what I had listed. I guess the fun after the hide-n-seek of yesterday morning continued with DH. Scratchie decided to help him make the bed by diving in under the sheets and wrapping himself up in them. DH thought it was pretty funny! He must have 'bounced' sometime after that and his +6. I was concerned so left work to go check him and found that ugly 'red'.

Better today, still playful and he was hiding a bit again this morning making me chase him down. What a character! Love it when he is feeling better!

Hi guys .. it's great to see our kitties feeling better isn't it? Even if it means a little extra work on our part! Hopefully scratchie makes his way down to the lagoon today, lots of kitties hanging out there .. Glad to hear you arm/hand is doing better .. have a great weekend!

It's good to hear how playful Scratchie is right now. I hope the dosecrease helps keep him in those nice blues and greens. I hope your arm/hand is better today.

Thanks for stopping by Mary, Devon and Carla. Have some severe nerve damage in my right arm/hand and it's been really painful the last few days again. Hard to hold the lancet (poor Scratchie) and lately even to make a fist without a lot of discomfort - so I put my brace back on today. See the doc next month, but hopefully wearing the brace again every day/night will get it back. I'm more worried about trying to test Scratchie and shoot his insulin than myself really. I'm right handed and can't do any of this with my left hand Anyway - it will get better again I just need to be a little smarter and take care of it as I can.

I'll try to get some visiting in. I'm finding it very interesting that his bounces are quick and high, then he settles back down. Hopefully he'll surf for a bit.
