Back to yellow Checks? He ate okay breffis of FF. Had snacks of chicken liver for tests. Wonder if that could raise bg. It's only protein...shouldn't, but it's been bugging me to find out.
All is well as can be with him.

Hi Barb we both have yellow kitties today! I guess you could do an experiment with the chicken liver, I wouldn't think it would raise bg's but you never know! Hope you have a great Monday!

Well, you know what they say about flat yellow! It shouldn't be the chicken liver, raw they are 0% carbs, but it would depend on how you cook them.

Oh no, I forgot about the flat yellow. Hope I'm not up all night. I have a hard time with night checking.

Chicken livers are simmered in water. I'm giving less now because of the fat and vit A. I don't know how much is too much. Too bad...he loves it. Also don't know how much cholesterol is too much.

He's following me around the house today, which tells me he feels good. Even let me clean him with a pet wipe...of course I had to trap him in his cube first. :lol:

Trix and Checks are hanging out in the Flatlands together!! Hopefully neither of them will keep us up late tonight!

Hi Barb, looks like Checkers is a flat yellow kitty today. It's so cute the way he follows you around. Mags loves those wipes, except no touching her rear end! I know what you mean about the night pokes, too hard. I hope Checkers makes it to the Green Lagoon during awake hours!

I hope Checkers doesn't keep you up all night. It's nice to hear he's feeling good today.

Hi Barb - WOO HOO! What a nice even day for Checks. Maybe just a resting hang out with mom day. I love those.... :-D Nice on the pet wipe, even if you had to corner him first. :lol:

Ohmigosh, Checkers let me shoot in his flank tonight; second time in almost 3 years :lol: He complained mightily, but didn't try to bite or slap me. Amazing :-D
We had a totally yellow day...I might be watching reruns of the inaugural balls all night. :roll:

Uh oh. Flat yellow means...you'd better have some coffee or wine ready. (I'd go with the wine :) ). Sounds like checks is feeling good. Great news! Have a wonderful in eventful night Barb!

This has certainly been a flat-yellow day.

Hi Barb, If Checks likes the chicken liver, why not let him have it? He's a picky eater, so if he'll eat the liver treats I think that they would be fine (as long as you don't go overboard).

I think you got more snow than we did. It was pretty icy/crusty in the woods this afternoon, but fine for snowshoeing.
