So strange that his numbers are going up.

Feeding and units are the same. Only thing different would be the hairball treatment.

Will ride this out for another day to see.

Morning guys which hairball treatment are you using, a lot of them have sugar in them, you should check the ingredients. We use olive oil for hairballs. It could be Rex just being a cat and his liver and pancreas in panic mode. Put your patient pants on lol and have a great day!

It's possible he could be clearing a bounce from the lower numbers he had in the PM cycle of the 20th. Hard to say how low he actually went that night as your last test was at +3. Sometimes bounces can take a couple few cycles to clear. Let's hope he turns it around! C'mon back down, Rex!

I don't advise on dosing, but a quick look at Rex's SS shows 5th day on this dose.
I see he was dropped (rightly so with a 26 :shock: ) from 2.50u right down to his current 1.50u.
His "sweet" dose could very well be somewhere in between ;-)

Hello Tara - Getting use to the bounce effect. We will keep tight. He is not in any danger so I am happy. He is not stressed out and acting pretty normal.

Hello Bruce - I think you are right, still a little too early to tell where his sweet spot is. I would agree with you that it is somewhere in the middle.
