Happy Tuesday and Congrats to Muffin and Anne OTJ!!!! Time to permanently keep that condo at the Falls, Muffin!! Sending healing vines to all who need them including Noni, Angie, Gobbles, and Mannie.

Gracie has had me laughing all morning! She was on her new cat lounger throne when I gave her her pill pocket with clavamox this morning. First, she sat up and looked at it like it was arsenic. Then she tapped it with one paw, tapped it with the other, then whacked it off the lounger, jumped down, tap, tap. I put it back up on the lounger and she jumped up there and we repeated the sequence, only the second time, she ate the pill pocket at the end. Good baby girl! She's also been playing hide and seek with me but in true Gracie fashion, she can't just pop out from behind something to surprise me. She pops out and does full on halloween kitty (no hiss...just a devilish gleam in her eyes) :lol: :lol: :lol: And then she takes off running as fast as those little legs will go...always looking back to see if I'm following. Right now, she's laying on her back on my feet again.

I'm off to take Gussie to the vet for a checkup and bloodwork to see how his renal values are doing. Have a great day!

Hi Marje,

It sounds like Gracie was feeling her oats today! How cute she must have been. I miss when Racci was younger and ran around like that.

I hope it goes well at the vet for little Gus. He's so adorable too!

Hi Marje!

Too funny about Gracie and her pill pocket play :lol: Kismet has developed a horrific aversion to PPs. He hates being pilled, and when he was on theophylline, figured out that he could eat around the pill. :evil: I had to start shoving them in his mouth and I guess the association with the PPs was enough to put him off them forever. You're so lucky Gracie is such a cooperative little angel!

Sending vetty vines for Gus and hope everything comes back okay.

I love your stories about Gracie. She loves to keep you entertained. :-D I hope everything went well at the vet for Gus and you get good test results back.

Nice blues for the Princess today. :-D At least she does eventually eat the PP with her meds. Too cute! We are lucky that Zener will take all of his meds in PPs (anti-jinx). Paws crossed for Gus's vetty visit.

I LOVE Gracie stories. Ruben loves to play hide and seek. He likes to hide behind the shower curtain, like I can't see him :lol: and I chase after him and yell for him (pretending I don't know he's there) then he jumps out to scare me and I scream. He loves it :-D Then we repeat the whole cycle again. Oh I love him.

Hi Marje. Too bad you didn't get Gracie's little antic on film disc. I'd love to see the Halloween pose. She's starting her evening cycle with a nice green number. I hope she surfs there tonight.

Yay...looks like she will hold her reduction!
