Good Morning from the City,

A beautiful, sunny day here this morning. Rusty gives a top score to Paw Lickin' Chicken (so far). I'll have to get him some more cans today. He had a good night, sleeping between his beans. He wanted us up with the first robin singing (still dark), but settled down. We had a good test, but we're still in those mid yellows ( and I suspect we will stay there). Shot was good, breakfast began with a side of Paw Lickin Chicken and proceded to a combo plate of FF T & G and Wellness turkey. Only a little is left for the second sitting! Lung treat and a brief schmooze rounded out the morning routine.

This morning I have my annual mammogram and this afternoon Edward and I both have dental checkups. I hope to get tp Trader Joes this afternoon. This evening we are going out to dinner with a friend.

Wishing you all a fine day. Sorry that I'm not getting to many condos, but I''m thinking of you all. There were some great pics in Rusty's condo yesterday: Tess posted some pics of the Mannie plaques, and Neko posted a sketch of the kitty crew team rowing in Central Park.

Yo Kitties! Great fun in the Park yesterday. Today we go to the NY Public Library to visit the Library Lions, Patience and Fortitude. We'll give each a "Mannie was Here"plaque and have hot dogs on the steps (a plaque for the hot dog cart, and maybe free hot dogs.) Then it will be off to take the ferry to Staten Island and put a plaque on the ferry boat. See you soon. Fun coming up today!

Come on down Rusty. He likes those yellows when in the big city. Maybe it's too many hot dogs? I'm glad to hear he had a good night. Sounds busy busy there with your appointments (and ugh on the necessary but evil mammogram). I didn't know there was a Trader Joes there. I guess I have missed it. Nice on the dinner. Have a great great day Ella!

Hey Rusty! Yesterday was awesome. We have plaques everywhere. That is so cool. I'm on my way! - your buddy Tarragon

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O)

I so love the "Mannie was here" plaques! The one on the hot dog cart in your condo yesterday was good too. Mannie approved, without a doubt. :-D And a plaque for the ferry? What fun memories! You guys are truly the best. I really enjoyed the one too of the kitties rowing. Way cool!

YAY!! On eh Paw Lickin'! I had stated to introduce that to Mannie too, when he needed to find new fuds he would eat. That one was a hit. There was a Weruva one too that went over well that were low carb/phosphorus/etc. I found them both to be decent foods. Elsa is now into then too.

Have fun with your medical day. Hope all goes well. All now well with Edward and his dental stuff?

Have a great one today, and enjoy that dinner with your friend. And Rusty? think BLUE!

Re: 5/1 Rusty AMPS 252

Hi guys .. hmmm .. what's so interesting on this yellow floor rusty? Don't you know all the kitties are headed to the lagoon today? Better hurry up! Good luck with all the appts today and have a nice dinner out tonight .. have a great day guys!

Re: 5/1 Rusty AMPS 252

It can take the little ones some time to get over upsets like travel. Rusty will be fine soon. busy day, but it always is when you are in the City. At least you've had fun things planned, too. Will Edward be at the Library again? Tess wants to go in to sit in his lap and take a nap after all their hard work.

Wow! WE gots lots of plaques up yesterday, I didn't remember so many hot dog carts! … Ummm, I dids a special one for Fortitude (silly name for a lion anyway!)

Morning Ella, hope all goes well with you and Edward's medical appts. today. Enjoy Trader Joe shopping and don't forget the Wasabi (sp?) mayo. I'm glad to hear Rusty likes the Paw Lickins. It's a fav with a lot of kitties and both low carb and low phosphorus. Have a great time with your friend.

Hey Rusty, I'm on my way. The plaques are so cool looking everywhere we visit. Love the plaque on Fortitude! See ya soon, Mags

Re: 5/1 Rusty AMPS 252

Hi Ella. Rusty's AMPS aren't' that bad considering he's out of "his" space. Hope you guys continue to have a good time in the city.

Have a great day.

Re: 5/1 Rusty AMPS 252

Maybe Rusty will slide down to blue for you today. I hope everything goes well with your appointments today. Have a good dinner with friends.

I'm on my way. I can't wait to hang more plaques today at the library and ferry.

Re: 5/1 Rusty AMPS 252

Hi Ella, nice report for Rusty today! Hope all went well with the doctor/dentist, and hope your boy sees some blues today.

How cool are those pics you took today, Tess. My, but the kitties have been busy! They had such a great day that Rusty almost hit PINK!

All is well on the medical and dental fronts. Only one more doctor's appt (on Friday morning). Today was so hectic because of having to wait in medical offices, then rushing like mad to get to the dentist, then to get to dinner. I never did make it to Trader Joes and it doesn't look like I will. Tomorrow is the bike ride (an all-day thing), and Friday will be another dr. And in the afternoon I want to go to a big bike expo (May is Bike Month in NYC).

Tired tonight. Thanks for visiting.

Ella & Rusty

Hi Kitties, wow, what a day. All those plaques put in place and admired by all who saw them. It's a good thing my, papabean was in the library while we were there, because Tess really needed a lap nap after the lions got their Mannie plaques. It was a purrfect day for a ferry ride. Tomorrow we can go to the Metropolitan Museum to visit our ancestors in the Egyptian galleries, and I hear that there's a mouse exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art, so we've got to check that out. See you all tomorrow,
Rusty

LOOKIT THAT + 4!!! I guess Rusty broke his bounce. 136!

:-D :-D :-D :-D I love fortitude's new name... Well done Tess! and way to funny on the ferry. :-D This has been a good visit here today. It brought smiles to my face on a day where I really was missing the Nanner King. I wonder how many hot dog carts there are in NYC.....

It's nice to see that 136 @ +4. What a relief huh. I hope your day went well. and that dinner with friends was enjoyable. Enjoy that bike ride tomorrow!
