I think it's good to raise him every six cycles that he stays like this. But I'd love to see another test somewhere during each cycle so we can be sure he's not coming down and bouncing back up.
With cats returning from remission, they often have to go up to a higher dose than they did the last time and it's good to be aggressive on the dosing but we need to be sure he's not dipping down mid cycle.

That was just a photo I found online. It was a miracle I even figured out to post in today's condo so that everyone could see it! lol I'm pretty sure Tiki wouldn't be as cooperative to wear a hat AND pose for me while I took his pic. Not unless copious amounts of catnip were involved! LOL
Planning on upping him tomorrow to 3 units. I desperately need to get some new syringes, the ones I am currently using from Costco, ahem, SUCK!!! Huge air bubbles, no half marks (so God only knows how accurate my quarter doses have been since the 2 unit marker), always seem to leave a drop after my shot. I hate for them to go to waste but they are basically useless. Perhaps I can earn a couple of bucks on the unused ones by sellling them on the streets of DC (that was a joke!!!) Rhiannon sent me a link for the ones she likes, will have to look into ordering some of those.
